Ashclair, part of the Majesca group, wanted to become a digital-first jewellery brand where buyers could design and shop fine jewellery online with the trust of a luxury showroom. The reality was hard. One design can spawn thousands of variations, prices move daily, and manual SKUs had eroded efficiency. Sarvadhi rebranded the business and built a platform that handles complex jewellery inventory while keeping the experience premium.
