Qualifications and requirements
- Proficient in preparing BRD, FRS, NFRS, and creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams (e.g., Sequence, UML).
- Experienced with tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar for documentation and diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose tailored solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM solutions and their industry-specific applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Understanding of Business Process methodologies.
Roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and propose technical solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and technical demos to support sales efforts.
- Conduct client meetings to gather and document business requirements.
